The simple answer is to 'just start' but what does that mean? How do you begin to increase your activity levels when you feel worn out with no energy in the tank?
There are little things you can do to start such as when waiting for the kettle to boil walk or march on the spot or better still put the radio on and have a little boogie and get lost in the music for a minute or two.
I will be adding simple, easy to do exercises / activity videos that can be done at home using everyday items such as tinned foods for weights, bath towels to aid stretching.
Even by increasing the amount of activity you do a small amount will bring positive adaptations and increase your level of fitness, but understand the greater the challenge the greater the change and the only way to change is to challenge our limits in a safe and controlled way.
